The one practice that changed my life (Video)

Video

People often ask me how I have transformed myself and my life to move from feeling shut down and burned out to feeling so vibrantly, joyfully alive and free now. As I was rocking out my house cleaning on this rainy Sunday morning, a song came on that reflected exactly what has been the most important transforming practice in my life. I share it in this short video.

Here’s the link to the full song that I mentioned by Miley Cyrus: Hands of Love

I’d love to hear your feedback, comments and any questions you have.

Toes in the Grass gentle sunrise yoga (Video)

Video

Start your day as nature planned it…. rising with the sun; honouring and saluting the sun and this brand new day.

The sun that is reflecting back to you the life force within you; the energy that moves you; the light in your heart; the fire in your belly.

This new day that brings in new opportunity, new awareness, new life.

Honouring your body and in gratitude for this life that you get to experience through it.

Remembering your god-(ess)-ness. Raising your vibrations. Expanding your joy.

Here is a gentle 5-minute sunrise yoga practice I filmed for you to help you create a sacred moment and get into the flow of the new day.

Get earthing friends – toes, nose, body in the grass – and soak in the good energy! Mmmmmmm. Enjoy!

Let me know how it feels and if you enjoy it please share with friends.

Love

Toes in the grass Yoga flow (video)

Video

In my last post I shared some of the Remarkable Health Benefits of Yoga in the grass.

To help you out with some inspiration to get you off the mat and onto the grass this summer, I filmed a short video of my own practice. It’s a gentle yet dynamic flow sequence, combining a modified sun salutation and my warrior goddess dance. It’s just 7 minutes long and includes some of my favourite music by the magnificent Peruquois.

So enjoy and tell me how it feels to practice this sequence and have that fresh green grass between your toes!

With love.
